Orders that are placed in DeliSpice.eu are handled with utmost care and the products are delivered in excellent quality and in due time. Additionaly we offer you the unique “SAME DAY DELIVERY” option for the “AHA” Region. The “AHA” Region consists of Amsterdam, Hoofddorp & Amstelveen area. This option is only applicable on Monday, Wednesday & Friday and if we receive the order before 11am. Delivery will be done on these days between 16pm and 21pm. Our delivery staff will contact you to fix the exact delivery time.

Product quality control while delivery

We take great care in assuring the quality of our product before, during and after sending. We achieve this through the use of special materials to pack your products for shipment. We seal each product in a airtight bag and provide extra layers of protection. We believe the quality of the product while delivery is the highest priority. Furthermore, we do our best to offer you low prices en we deliver your order within 24 hours after leaving our warehouse.

Out of stock or back ordered items

It is possible that your order may have items that are currently back ordered or out of stock, in such cases it is our policy to ship out comparable alternatives. We may notify you regarding such changes via e-mail or call you in reference to them. If you do not want any substitutes, kindly leave a note to that effect in your order instructions or once you receive our message you have 24 hours to let us know that the changes are not to your liking. If alternatives are not suitable, we can refund the missing items instead.

Delivery methods and periods

Delivery charges will be calculated by our website and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process. Applicable delivery charges will depend upon the delivery method you select, the location of the delivery address, and the size and weight of the products in your order. All orders placed before 11:00 pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 11:00 will be dispatched the next working day. This might change in some circumstances based on our discretion. In addition the “same day delivery” option only relates to the AHA area and on specific days mentioned before.

Delivery tracking and Time Line

Delivery tracking is available in respect of all orders for our products. We use DHL for all deliveries within EU and they usually deliver within 1-3 working days (without guarantee, not including date of dispatch). If your products remain undelivered, the delivery service provider will leave a card at your address, with instructions on how you may collect your products, including a time limit for collection. They normally leave the parcel with a neighbor or at the closest packet center. If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact our Customer Service using the contact. If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery even where the initial delivery was free of charge.
